We all have bad runs of trying to get a lady to hookup with. Hell, sometimes even getting her number or a first date can be like running in the Olympics. But if you’re having a serious issue with getting her home and trying to get it on, it might not be your fault. Having low testosterone sucks. That’s the one thing that makes us really manly (aside from our cocks, of course). So how can you tell if it’s your fault or not? And what are you supposed to do about it if you’ve got low T?
How Can You Tell?
Unfortunately low testosterone pretty much affects everything. Our libido (what makes us want to hump), our blood, our muscles, etc. all have some connection to testosterone. When you’ve got a low T count the biggest concern for the average guy is how it affects his sex life. That’s for good reason too. Not wanting to have sex is one thing, but when you’re trying to go at it and you just can’t get it up is a torture worse than a lack of sex drive. Besides that disaster you can also expect depression, having a hard time concentrating, loss of muscles, and losing facial hair. That’s just to name a few things too. This doesn’t just suck for your sex life; it sucks for your life in general.
What to Do About It
It’s so easy; we shouldn’t even have to say it. Go to the doctor. Bam! simple as that. Tell them that you’re feeling those nasty symptoms and that you need to get a test done to see if your testosterone is on point. They’ll take some blood and about three days later let you know what your very own special number is. Your number is the amount of testosterone that’s measured in nanograms per deciliter. Woah! Okay, forget that weird measurement. What you’re really going to need to know is the number attached to it. For some reason unless you’re below 260 the doctor will say you’re fine. But that’s at the really low end for Testosterone levels. You want to be more around 500.
How to Fix It
If you’re just a little bit low, like the 400s, you can get your testosterone back up naturally. Lose weight (this always seems to help everything), take your zinc, vitamin D, and eat less sugar for starts. There are actually a lot of ways to naturally get it up, but those are the easiest. If you’re looking really low you’re going to probably have to get some testosterone replacement therapy. Most forms of this therapy are delivered in a gel, patch, or a shot so it’s really not as bad as it sounds.
When you’re looking into testosterone you might not actually care. One of the side effects is generally not giving a f**k about anything, which is why your game is so far gone. But it’s important to push yourself into giving a f**k so you can take care of yourself.
